We're recruiting on behalf of a successful, design-led consumer products business whose innovative collections are stocked by leading retailers across the UK and internationally. This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing operations and drive exciting product launches within a busy, fast-paced creative business. Working closely with the Design, Buying, and Sales teams, you'll be the person who turns ideas into action - ensuring engaging campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and marketing activity are delivered seamlessly and on time. If you're a commercially-minded marketer who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and loves seeing products come to market, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: • Lead the planning and delivery of new product launches across multiple marketing channels. • Own and manage the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns, product launches, digital activity, and trade events. • Work collaboratively with Design, Buying, and Sales teams to ensure marketing supports commercial objectives. • Coordinate website content, email marketing, CRM campaigns, social media and digital marketing activity. • Develop compelling sales tools and marketing collateral that help retail partners succeed. • Manage creative briefs and work alongside external agencies and internal teams to deliver engaging campaigns. • Support UK and international trade shows, from pre-event planning through to post-show follow-up. • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on results and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. • Help create efficient processes that keep projects on track and teams aligned. What We're Looking For: • Previous Marketing Manager experience within a product-led, wholesale, retail supplier, or consumer goods business. • Experience within giftware, homewares, stationery, toys, lifestyle, FMCG or similar consumer products would be highly advantageous. • Experience managing campaigns, seasonal launches and marketing projects. • A strong understanding of digital marketing including CRM, email, social media and paid channels. • Excellent organisation and project management skills. • A commercial mindset with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines. • Confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across the business. Why Join? • Join a growing, design-led business with ambitious plans for the future. • Work with exciting product collections sold through major retailers worldwide. • Enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same. • Be part of a collaborative, creative and supportive team. • Play a key role in shaping how products are launched and promoted across international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer looking to take ownership, influence business growth and build a long-term career within an exciting consumer products business. Interested? We'd love to tell you more. Apply today! Diversity & Inclusion: ILMJ values diversity, equality and inclusion and encourages applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
