My client, a well-established main dealership in Tunbridge Wells, is expanding their team and seeking a dedicated Master Technician to join their friendly and professional workshop. About the Role: As a Master Technician, you will: • Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and major engine repairs. • Use the latest diagnostic equipment to detect faults and recommend solutions. • Support the Workshop Controller by overseeing and delegating work. • Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards in all repairs and servicing. • Attend ongoing training and development to stay ahead in the industry. • Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What We’re Looking For: • Fully qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent). • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. • A passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. • Experience working in a main dealership is desirable but not essential.
