The Role • Full-time Graduate Teaching Assistant position • Based in well-established secondary schools across Sutton • Supporting students across Key Stages 3-5 • Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions • Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management • Supporting students with additional learning needs (SEND) where required • September 2026 start The Ideal Candidate • A degree in Mathematics or a closely related subject • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Genuine interest in education, learning, and supporting young people • Ability to build positive and consistent relationships with students • Proactive, reliable, and professional approach to supporting learning Why This Role?
