AsourMathsSubjectLead,youwill: • Leadanddevelopanoutstandingmathscurriculumacrosstheschool. • Inspirealoveofmathematicsthroughengaging,creativeandinclusiveteachingapproaches. • Support,mentorandcoachcolleaguestocontinuallyimproveteachingandlearning. • Modelexceptionalclassroompracticeandshareeffectivestrategiesacrosstheteam. • Monitorstudentprogressandusedatatodriveimprovementsinattainmentandoutcomes. • Workcollaborativelywithseniorleadersonwhole-schoolimprovementinitiatives. • Promotehighexpectations,curiosityandconfidenceinmathsforeverylearner.
