This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced Teaching Assistants looking to support students in achieving their full potential. The Role: • Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 during Maths lessons. • Deliver small group interventions and one-to-one support to help raise attainment. • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons. • Encourage student confidence, participation, and independent learning. • Support students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional learning support. • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff. The Ideal Candidate: • A strong academic background in Mathematics (degree preferred but not essential). • Previous experience working with young people in a school, tutoring, mentoring, or coaching environment is desirable. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping students succeed. • An interest in pursuing a career in education or teaching would be advantageous.
