The Matron for MSK Services provides visible clinical and professional leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, high-quality, patient-centred care. The post holder is responsible for leading nursing teams, promoting a culture of excellence, and supporting the achievement of strategic, operational and quality objectives across MSK services. Key responsibilities include patient safety, clinical governance, workforce planning, recruitment and retention, staff development, patient experience, service improvement, risk management and performance monitoring.
