Role: Mechanical Assembler Location: Wickford Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30 Pay rate: from £13.50 - £14.50 depending on experience Overview We are seeking for Mechanical Assemblers to join one of our clients based in Wickford. The ideal candidate wills possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in assembling components within a warehouse environment. This role requires proficiency in using both power and hand tools to ensure high-quality assembly of products. Duties • Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints. • Utilise power tools and hand tools effectively to complete assembly tasks. • Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet required standards. • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with team members to optimise assembly processes and improve efficiency. • Report any issues or defects in materials or equipment to the supervisor promptly.
