Your Role as a Mechanical Construction Manager Will Include: • Overseeing the on-site mechanical installation, coordination, and delivery of large-scale mission-critical construction projects. • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. • Driving daily progress meetings, reporting on milestones, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget. • Collaborating closely with design, commercial, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution. • Ensuring adherence to company procedures, health & safety regulations, and client specifications. As a Mechanical Construction Manager, You Will Have: • A strong mechanical background within building services or industrial construction. • Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects. • Experience overseeing the installation of mechanical building services, including HVAC, pipework, plumbing, chilled water, heating systems, and associated mechanical plant. • The ability to lead site teams effectively, resolve technical issues, and maintain a proactive approach to project delivery. • Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week, with flexibility to travel or stay away as needed. • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
