Reading £400 per day (Inside IR35) 6-month contract We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Manager to lead the delivery of housing repairs and maintenance services across gas, plumbing, and electrical workstreams within a busy local authority environment. Based in Reading, this is a pivotal leadership role responsible for managing both in-house teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality, compliant service delivery across reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and external contracts. The Role You will act as a key operational lead, driving performance against KPIs, embedding a strong customer-focused culture, and ensuring full compliance with health & safety and building legislation.
