In this role, you will use your industry experience to deliver Mechanical Engineering training across both practical workshop sessions and classroom-based learning. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress and support students in developing the technical knowledge and practical skills required for successful careers within the engineering industry. Alongside this, you will receive full support to gain recognised teaching qualifications while working within an experienced and supportive team. This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or similar with a Level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification, looking to move into teaching with full training, excellent work-life balance and long-term career progression.
