Job Title: Mechanical Fitter Location: Gravesend Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm Contract Length: Estimated 3–4 months Start Date: Immediate About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to support with an ongoing project. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of general mechanical fitting tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines. Key Responsibilities • Perform general mechanical fitting and assembly tasks. • Assist with planned works as part of the ongoing project. • Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company procedures. • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the project team. Requirements • HNC qualification in a relevant mechanical discipline. • Time-served mechanical fitter with proven practical experience. • Strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
