Essential Requirements • Previous experience working as a Medical Secretary and Reception Support. • NHS experience. • Experience using the SystmOne clinical system. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Flexible approach to covering additional hours, annual leave and sickness absence when required. • NHS Smartcard desirable. Hours of Work 38 hours per week: • Monday: 8:00am 6:30pm • Tuesday: 8:00am 6:30pm • Thursday: 8:00am 6:30pm • Friday: 8:00am 6:30pm Salary and Benefits • £12.71 per hour • 5.6 weeks annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Pension: Option to join NHS Pension scheme. Please note, we reserve the right to close the vacancy earlier than the advertised closing date if we have a sufficient number of applicants. This is a permanent role and NOT suitable for gap students or alongside uni / college studies.
