Metal Polisher

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Metal / Jewellery Polisher on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business within the jewellery industry based in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous jewellery polishing, finishing, or relevant precision manufacturing experience to join a skilled and supportive team. The company is also open to considering candidates willing to relocate to Birmingham for future opportunities within the business. Key Responsibilities • Polish and finish a variety of jewellery pieces to a high standard • Use hand and machine polishing techniques • Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and production targets • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment • Support continuous improvement within the workshop Candidate Requirements • Previous experience within jewellery polishing, finishing, or a similar precision manufacturing environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Experience using polishing tools and equipment • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Positive attitude and strong work ethic What’s on Offer • Salary up to £32,000 DOE • Long-term career opportunities • Supportive and professional working environment • Opportunity to work with a respected business within the jewellery sector
