Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer 12-Month Rolling Contract | Fully Remote We are seeking a highly experiencedMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a growing team responsible for enhancing a business-critical Dynamics platform that supports complex pricing, analytics, and workflow management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Dynamics professional who enjoys building advanced functionality, driving technical innovation, mentoring developers, and leveraging emerging AI technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple business workflows. • Build custom workflows, plugins, entities, and extensions within Dynamics 365. • Develop and maintain API integrations between Dynamics and internal enterprise systems. • Integrate AI-powered capabilities and Microsoft Copilot functionality into Dynamics workflows. • Design and implement automated testing frameworks, with Playwright experience highly desirable. • Create and optimise new business workflows for areas including Data Management, Filing Management, and other operational functions. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Provide structured coaching and day-to-day technical guidance to existing development teams. • Champion development best practices, code quality standards, and modern engineering approaches. Required Skills & experience • Extensive hands-on experience developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Strong expertise in custom workflows, plugins, entities, and solution customisation. • Proven experience building and supporting API integrations and connected systems. • experience implementing or working with AI and Microsoft Copilot capabilities within Dynamics environments. • Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks, ideally Playwright. • Ability to mentor, coach, and upskill intermediate-level developers. • Strong problem-solving skills and experience working within complex enterprise environments. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have • Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and/or Power BI. • experience supporting operational workflows in regulated or highly governed environments. • Knowledge of enterprise-scale application architecture and platform modernisation initiatives.
