Mid-weight Packaging Designer/Packaging Creative Artworker – Beauty & Packaging (Hybrid, Richmond/Teddington) 6-month Fixed-Term Contract option fro temp-top-perm 3 to 4 days per week, flexible £32,000+ per annum We are partnering with a dynamic creative agency specialising in the beauty, fragrance and wellness sectors, seeking a talented Junior to mid-weight designer to join their design team. This role combines creative design and hands-on artwork, managing projects from initial concept through to print-ready files and artwork. You will be part of a close-knit creative team of 12, collaborating with clients across the UK and US. The Role • Design packaging artwork and, during quieter periods, create online banners • Develop concepts and deliver brand identities, product, and packaging designs • Manage projects from concept stage through to print-ready artwork • Present ideas and concepts clearly to internal teams and clients • Gain a thorough understanding of the beauty and fragrance industries • Provide support to the design team and wider agency as required • Work independently while consistently meeting deadlines in a friendly and supportive environment Candidate Profile • A passionate and motivated junior to mid-weight designer • Strong hands-on Mac skills, combined with effective design thinking and excellent execution • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Good knowledge of artwork preparation and print/production processes • Experience with digital design tools such as Figma and Illustrator • Packaging design experience is essential • Exceptional attention to detail • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work The Client: • Become part of a busy agency with a respectful, friendly and supportive culture • Work on impactful end-to-end design projects • Gain exposure to prestigious global beauty brands • Enjoy a flexible and creative working environment • Benefit from a hybrid working model, with 3 to 4 days per week onsite Please send me your packaging artworker cv and packaging samples to be considered.
