Job description
We're recruiting for a Mid-Weight Video Editor to join a fast-growing international sports and entertainment organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity to create engaging content for a globally recognised sports brand, producing social-first content, YouTube videos, broadcast features, paid media, event content, brand campaigns and commercial partnerships. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced creative team where storytelling, creativity and delivering high-quality content at pace are key.
You'll own projects from brief through to delivery, editing everything from short-form social content and reels to long-form documentaries, promotional films and broadcast assets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting compelling stories, experimenting with creative techniques and thrives in a hands-on production environment.
You'll be responsible for:
• Editing short and long-form content for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, broadcast and live events.
• Crafting engaging stories through strong pacing, narrative structure and sound design.
• Creating platform-specific edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Producing motion graphics, captions and graphics using existing templates.
• Repurposing content across multiple formats, aspect ratios and audiences.
• Managing media, organising footage and maintaining efficient post-production workflows.
• Working closely with producers, designers and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and deliver high-quality content.
• Creating sizzle reels, promotional videos, B-roll packages and branded content for partners and commercial campaigns.
• Testing creative approaches and using performance insights to optimise content.
You'll bring:
• 2-4 years' experience editing video content in a fast-paced agency, production company, sports, media or brand environment.
• An outstanding showreel demonstrating social-first content, YouTube, branded content and campaign editing.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• A strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design and motion graphics.
• Experience creating content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows, media management and delivery specifications.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail and an interest in emerging editing tools and AI workflows.
• Experience working within sport, entertainment or consumer brands would be advantageous.
In return you'll receive:
• Private healthcare.
• Learning & development budget.
• 25 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown.
• Enhanced parental leave.
• Share option scheme.
• Event access and additional wellbeing benefits.
Please note:
• This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the London office.
• Remote working is not available for this position.
