MIG/ TIG Welders

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established sheet metal manufacturing company based in Burnham on Crouch for experienced MIG / TIG Welders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that manufactures high-quality metal components for a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities • MIG and TIG welding of sheet metal components. • Read and interpret engineering drawings. • Fabricate and assemble metal products to specification. • Carry out quality inspections to ensure high standards. • Maintain a safe and tidy working environment. • Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines. Requirements • Previous MIG and TIG welding experience within a sheet metal environment. • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. • Excellent attention to detail and workmanship. • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team. • Experience using fabrication equipment would be advantageous.
