Class 1 Transhipment Milk Tanker Driver Location: Haverfordwest Shift: 4on 4off rotating, working 11.25 hour day and nights shifts • Days 06:00hrs – 18:00hrs • Nights 18:00hrs – 06:00hrs Do you have a UK Class 1 CE Licence? About the Role As a Class 1 Driver, you will: • Take on the fulfilling task of delivering fresh milk to the dairy, ensuring every delivery is made with care and precision. • Engage in a variety of driving experiences, from mostly rural routes through scenic countryside to motorway journeys. • Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time, meeting client requirements and maintaining consistently high standards. • Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using the company phone to ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and reliability. • Maintain regular communication with the transport team, providing updates on progress and any issues encountered. • Participate in regular training sessions to remain up to date with industry standards, procedures, and best practices. Essential Skills and Qualifications • Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence. • Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card. • Experience with milk tankers would be an advantage, though full training will be provided for the right candidate. • Bring your passion for delivering exceptional customer service, making every interaction count. • Thrive under deadlines, showcasing your ability to work efficiently and effectively. • Be a confident, polite, and collaborative team player, contributing to a positive work environment. • Have excellent geographical knowledge, navigating routes with ease and precision.
