We’re now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Minibus Driver at Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Minibus Driver will be to provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for team members to and from various activities while delivering quality service. Other responsibilities will include: • Providing transportation services for the team members • Assisting team members with any special needs during transportation, such as carrying packages, opening doors • Always focusing on driving, directs tasks and passenger interactions to onboard support staff while the vehicle is in motion. • Providing miscellaneous pickup and delivery services as needed. ABOUT YOU To be successful in your application, you must live our values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability in everything you do. Our ideal candidate must: • Have a PCV license with Cat D1 and a clean driving record. • Able to drive a minibus • Attend periodic Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) training as required. • Be knowledgeable of all safety precautions and comply with safety procedures. • Be able to react calmly in emergencies and be considerate.
