MIS Support - Remote FTC

MIS Consultant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)Salary: 32k Location: Remote About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced MIS Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fully remote role supporting schools with the effective use of their Management Information Systems, primarily Arbor. Key Responsibilities • Provide consultancy, training, and helpdesk support for Arbor MIS. • Support schools in resolving system issues and improving their use of MIS. • Respond to support requests and resolve issues within agreed service levels. • Deliver high-quality customer service and build positive relationships with schools. • Maintain accurate records and follow agreed support processes. About YouYou will have: • Experience supporting Arbor MIS. • Experience in an IT support, customer service, or education technology environment. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • The ability to learn new software quickly. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Desirable: • Experience delivering Arbor training or consultancy. • Knowledge of other MIS platforms such as Bromcom or ESS SIMS.
