The Role As a Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor, you will: • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to prospective buyers • Conduct first appointments and convert opportunities into completed business • Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise referral opportunities • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the mortgage process • Generate and follow up on new business opportunities • Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance standards Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor requirements: • Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor • Fully CeMAP qualified • Proven ability to generate and convert mortgage business • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to manage both initial appointments and subsequent sign-ups • Target-driven and commercially minded • Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer? • Realistic OTE of £50,000 – £80,000 • Lead source provided through local estate agency branches • 50/50 commission split on referred lead business • 60/40 commission split on self-generated business • Opportunity to write high volumes of mortgage business • Flexible self-employed structure • Ongoing support from an established and successful team Working Pattern: • Full-time • Self-employed position Apply Today!
