Key Responsibilities • Providing tailored mortgage and protection advice based on clients' individual needs and circumstances. • Building and maintaining long-term client relationships. • Assessing financial situations and recommending suitable solutions. • Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion. • Developing referral partnerships and growing your client portfolio. • Ensuring all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulations and compliance requirements. • Generating new business through networking, referrals, marketing, and business development activities. What We're Looking For • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent). • Previous experience providing mortgage and protection advice. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Commercially minded with the drive to grow a successful client base. • Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused. • Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements. • Passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
