The Role As a Mortgage Advisor, you will: • Manage a high volume of mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion • Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage advice • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and introducers • Guide customers through the mortgage process, delivering exceptional service throughout • Refer clients to protection advisors to enhance overall customer outcomes • Achieve monthly mortgage and business targets • Stay up to date with mortgage products, regulations, and industry developments Mortgage Advisor requirements: • Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a proven track record • CeMAP qualified • Comfortable working with company-provided leads • Experience managing 3–4 appointments per day • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to identify and refer protection opportunities • Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded What’s on Offer? • £30,000 basic salary • £60,000 – £70,000 OTE • Strong commission structure • Pension scheme • 20 days holiday + bank holidays • Mileage allowance • Company incentive schemes • Ongoing support within a growing and successful brokerage Working Pattern: • Full-time • Monday to Friday • Saturdays on a rota basis Apply Today!
