Mortgage Advisor Team Leader Birmingham | £35,000 Basic + Individual Commission + Team Bonus Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Reed is partnering with a prestigious, high-end estate agency to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor Team Leader to join their successful Birmingham operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mortgage Advisor who enjoys both generating business and leading a high-performing team. Alongside maintaining your own mortgage and protection pipeline, you will take responsibility for managing, coaching and developing Mortgage Advisors across multiple West Midlands branches, ensuring both individual and team performance targets are achieved. The Role • Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients generated through the estate agency network • Lead and manage a team of Mortgage Advisors across West Midlands branch locations • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews • Drive team KPIs, productivity and sales performance • Support advisors in achieving their business targets and development goals • Identify training needs and deliver ongoing coaching and mentoring • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans where required • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards • Continue to write your own mortgage and protection business About You • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) • Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor • Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring or management experience • Strong mortgage and protection knowledge • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets • Passionate about developing people and driving team success • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What's on Offer? • £35,000 basic salary OTE £50,000 PLUS • Attractive individual commission scheme • Team performance bonus • Monday to Friday working hours • Strong lead generation through an established premium estate agency network • Opportunity to manage and influence a successful team across the West Midlands • Genuine career progression within a market-leading business If you are an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to step into a leadership position where you can combine personal success with developing others, we would love to hear from you.
