Motor Vehicle Trainer (Full Training Provided) Cambridge £30,000 - £43,000 + Teacher Training Provided + 50 Days Annual Leave + 28% Pension + Progression Opportunities + Days based Are you a Motor Vehicle Technician looking to step away from the workshop and into a rewarding career in education? This is a fantastic opportunity to train as a lecturer and inspire the next generation of automotive engineers, all while receiving full support and formal teacher training. The college is a well-regarded institution focused on technical and vocational excellence, and they are now expanding their Motor Vehicle department to meet rising demand. In this role, you'll work with students at various levels, delivering a mix of theory and hands-on learning. You'll be supported by an experienced team, with opportunities to shape the curriculum and grow within the department. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and have professional industry experience. A teaching qualification is not required upfront - full training will be provided for the right person.
