Motorcycle Technician • Location: Petersfield, Hampshire • Salary: From £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Our client is currently seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join their established workshop based in Petersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to join a professional and supportive team, working on a wide range of motorcycle makes and models. The Role As a Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard while ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every stage. Key Responsibilities • Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on all makes and models of motorcycles. • Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and accurately. • Undertake Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI). • Replace tyres, oil, brake pads and clutches, and carry out tracker installations. • Conduct road tests following servicing and repairs to ensure vehicles are safe and operating correctly. • Complete all relevant service and repair documentation. • Identify and report any additional faults or work required. • Complete repairs within manufacturer standard times where possible. • Provide professional advice and excellent customer service to customers and fleet managers. About You The successful candidate will have: • Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician, Motorcycle Mechanic or similar. • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. • Experience servicing and repairing a variety of motorcycle brands. • A full UK driving licence (essential). • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. • Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach. • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
