Multi-Skilled Kitchen Fitter Reading, Berkshire (RG2) £25.00 per hour (Umbrella) Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 08:00 – 16:00 3-Month Temporary Company Van Provided During Working Hours We are currently recruiting for experienced Multi-Skilled Kitchen Fitters to join a busy Property Services team working across residential housing properties in the Reading area. The Role Working within occupied residential properties, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality kitchen installations, repairs and refurbishment works while ensuring excellent customer service is provided to tenants at all times. The role requires strong carpentry skills together with the ability to undertake a variety of associated multi-trade works. Key Responsibilities • Full kitchen installations and replacements • Carpentry repairs and refurbishment works • Fitting kitchen units, worktops, doors and associated fixtures • Basic plumbing related to kitchen installations • Patch plastering and making good • Vinyl flooring installation • Wall and floor tiling • Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard • Maintaining excellent customer relations within occupied properties • Adhering to health & safety procedures and company standards Requirements • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry (or equivalent experience) • Proven experience in kitchen fitting and domestic property maintenance • Experience working within social housing, local authority or residential maintenance environments • Multi-trade background with skills in plumbing, tiling, flooring and patch plastering • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong customer service skills • Full UK Driving Licence (Essential) What's On Offer? £25.00 per hour Umbrella Company van provided during working hours Full-time Monday to Friday schedule Opportunity to join a well-established Property Services team Immediate start available Interested candidates should apply today with an up-to-date CV.
