The candidate must work safely, deliver good customer service, keep accurate records, and maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. The successful candidate will be part of an on-call, out-of-hours rota, paid at £525 for the week they are on call. The rota will be discussed in more detail during the interview. What you'll need to succeed • NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent • Full UK Drivers Licence • Strong joinery skills plus multi-trade ability • Experience working in customer-focused, target-driven environments • Able to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems • Good health & safety awareness • Social housing experience desirable • Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
