WHAT WE REQUIRE • Valid CSCS Card • Full Clean UK driving license • Enhanced DBS/DVLA check to be taken prior to commencing the role • NVQ in your primary trade • High Standard of work • Good communicator • Being able to work within Occupied Properties • 2 References TRADES SKILLS DESIRED INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO; • General Building Works • Carpentry • Plastering / Rendering • Plumbing • Tiling • Painting & Decorating • Property Repair & Maintenance • Willing to Travel WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER • Permanent position (after 3 months' probation) • Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm • 40 hours per week (inc 30 mins per day unpaid break) • Annual Holidays 20 rising to 24 with 4 years' service • 8 Bank holidays • Competitive Salary • Company Van & Fuel Card • Power tools 18v Makita (No hand tools supplied) • Materials • PPE Works are carried out for New Builds, Site 8.2, Customer Care, Insurance Property repairs & Housing Associations.
