Multi Trader - Carpentry MK

Multi Trader (Carpentry Bias) Location: Milton Keynes & Surrounding Areas Pay: £180 - £200 Per Day Full-Time | Ongoing Work Available We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Trader with a strong carpentry background to join a busy team delivering repairs, maintenance and improvement works within occupied and void residential properties. This role would suit someone with previous experience working within social housing, local authority, housing association or property maintenance environments, who is confident carrying out a wide range of day-to-day repairs while providing excellent customer service to residents. The Role You will be responsible for completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. • General carpentry repairs and maintenance • Reactive and planned maintenance works • Diagnosing faults and identifying repair solutions • Working within occupied and vacant properties • Minor repairs across multiple trades where required • Ensuring properties are maintained to expected standards • Liaising professionally with tenants and residents • Recording completed works and updating job information • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times What We're Looking For • Strong carpentry experience gained in housing maintenance • Previous social housing, housing association or council repairs experience is highly desirable • Experience working in occupied properties • Ability to undertake a range of general maintenance tasks • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload • Relevant trade qualifications advantageous but not essential What's On Offer • Day rate of £180 - £200 • Long-term opportunity with consistent workload • Local work across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas • Opportunity to work on a well-established housing contract This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi Trader/Carpenter currently working within social housing maintenance, responsive repairs or planned works who is looking for a long-term contract with a busy and reliable workload.
