We are looking for a motivated clinician who is passionate about neonatal care and developmental practice. Essential Requirements • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy. • HCPC registration. • Membership of an appropriate professional body. • Relevant postgraduate education or training. • Experience working as a paediatric or neonatal therapist. • Specialist neonatal clinical knowledge and skills. • Knowledge of developmental care approaches, including Family Integrated Care. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience of audit and service improvement activities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Desirable Requirements • Master's level study. • Specialist neonatal training such as Brazelton, Bayley Scales or Prechtl qualifications. • Membership of a relevant special interest group. • Experience leading change or service developments. • Research involvement and presentation experience.
