Job description

We areseekingan enthusiastic, highly motivated, and innovative nurse to work effectively as part of the ward team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care within the neonatal setting. You will hold a recognised nursing qualification (RN, RSCN, RN Child, or RM). Completion of the Neonatal Modules is desirable; however, applicants who are willing to work towards achieving these will also be supported and encouraged. Previousexperience within a neonatal environment is desirable and may include recent placement experience as a student nurse. We also welcome applications from nurses currently working in adult settings who wish to transfer their skills into neonatal care, with full support provided. You will work within a supportive and friendly team where the neonate and their family are central to all aspects of care. The unitoperatesan 11.5-hour shift pattern covering days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
