Job description

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team comprising 11 Consultant Neurologists, 1 existing Consultant Neurophysiologist, specialist grade doctors, trainees, and clinical neurophysiology technicians. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic services, including EEG (routine and prolonged), EMG, and nerve conduction studies, with annual volumes of approximately 1,2001,500 EEGs and 8001,000 EMG/NCS studies. Essential Requirements: • GMC registration with a licence to practise • Inclusion on the Specialist Register in Clinical Neurophysiology (or within 6 months of CCT at interview) • Proven experience in EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies Desirable: • Higher degree (MD, PhD or equivalent) • Experience in paediatric neurophysiology • Evidence of research and publications Grow Your Career in the Garden of England At East Kent, we will help you build a career around your interests and lifestyle.
