Hillside Lodge Care Home, located in Berwick-upon-Tweed, provides high quality Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite and Palliative Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Night Charge Nurse • £24.00 per hour • 40 hours per week • Paid NMC registration,DBS, pension and uniform provided • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Why Join Hillside Lodge Care Home? As a Night Charge Nurse, you will play a vital leadership role within the home, helping to create a safe, calm and supportive environment throughout the night while ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care. Combining strong clinical knowledge with compassionate leadership, you will oversee the smooth running of the nightshift, lead the care team and ensure residents’ individual needs are met with dignity, kindness and professionalism. You will be responsible for administering medication, monitoring wellbeing, responding to changes in condition and making informed clinical decisions when needed. Working closely with colleagues, residents and families, you will help maintain high standards of care while providing guidance, reassurance and leadership across the shift. This is an opportunity to take ownership, lead with confidence and play an important role within a supportive and well organised team environment.
