Night Manager - Birmingham Our client are the leading brand in their sector with branches across the UK. They are currently expanding rapidly, opening new sites and upgrading existing sites, taking their brand into a growth phase. They are currently looking to recruit a Night Manager to support their team their Birmingham New Street Site. The role is a 40 hour contract, 4 days out of 7. You will work overnight shifts. The Role: • You will be part of the management team for the site and will have accountability for the overnight operations of this 24 hour site. • Managing a small team your role will be tonsure the smooth running of the site, ensuring the safety and security of your team and your customers. • Delivering exceptional customer service in a highly customer centric environment. • A strong leader, able to deal with the challenges of running an overnight operation in a high profile, busy, City Centre location. The Person: • You must be flexible to work overnight shifts and be able to commute to the site during those times. • Experience managing a team at Supervisor / Team Leader / Assistant Manager / Manager level is essential • Ideal candidates will come from the Hospitality / Leisure / Retail sectors. • Strong, confident communicator. • Some experience of working in the nighttime/overnight environment would be advantageous but not essential. The Package: Circa £30k (including night allowance) + bonus and exception progression opportunity.
