The Senior Care Practitioner (Nights) is responsible for supporting the management of the home during night-time hours and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care. The postholder will provide supervision and support to the care team while ensuring residents' needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion. Working closely with the leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining quality standards, promoting best practice and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
