Cygnet Healthcare is looking for experienced Night Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House. Youll be working42 hours a week, night shifts from 19:45pm until 08:00am, includingalternative weekends,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care atCygnet Morgan House. Morgan House is a 5 bed, independent living residential home. A support home that offers a safe and comfortable environment that helps residents to meet personal goals and to fulfil their lives. You are • Driven with a desire to make a real difference in peoples lives • Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities • An excellent communicator and a good team player • Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment • Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence Your day-to-day • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support • Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way • Assist with medical & welfare needs • Report on medical & welfare needs as required • Safeguard all patients • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all Why Cygnet?
