Night Warehouse Operative Location: Broadland Business Park, Norwich Hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00pm to 7:00am Potential for Full-Time: Yes – Ad-Hoc, Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Clements Young Ltd is currently recruiting for Night Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client based at Broadland Business Park, Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse team working night shifts. Whether you're looking for flexible ad-hoc work, part-time hours, or full-time employment, this role offers ongoing opportunities within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties will include: • Picking and packing customer orders • Loading and unloading deliveries • Sorting, scanning and labelling stock • Moving products safely around the warehouse • Preparing orders for dispatch • Carrying out basic quality checks • Maintaining a clean and organised work area • Following health and safety procedures at all times • Working as part of a team to achieve daily targets What we're looking for: • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential • A positive attitude and willingness to learn • Good reliability and timekeeping • Good attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment • Safety boots • Own transport is beneficial due to the location and night shift hours • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Pay: • £14.24 per hour (PAYE Advanced – includes rolled-up holiday pay) Working Hours: • Monday to Friday • 10:00pm – 7:00am • Ad-Hoc, Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities available • Ongoing work Apply TodayIf you're looking for a rewarding night shift warehouse role with flexible or regular hours, we'd love to hear from you.
