The Role: What You'll DoAs a Nursery Assistant, you will bring energy and care to the nursery room every single day. Your rewarding responsibilities will include: • Partnering with room leaders to design and set up exciting, innovative, and playful learning activities. • Working with children on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups to support their early learning journey. • Utilizing your knowledge of the EYFS curriculum to guide children safely through their day. • Supervising and encouraging children during mealtimes, snack times, and fun outdoor play. What We're Looking ForExperience working with children is essential for this role. To be successful, you will need: • Previous experience working within an education or early years setting. • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. • An Enhanced Child DBS check (or a willingness to apply for one). • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is highly preferred!
