Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Responsibilities
• Support lead teachers in implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including play, learning, and social interactions
• Assist with toddler care routines such as feeding and nap times to ensure comfort and safety
• Monitor children closely to promote their safety and well-being at all times
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster a collaborative environment
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and development
• Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance as directed by qualified staff
• Participate in ongoing training related to early childhood education, special education practices, and health & safety protocols
Skills
• Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is not mandatory but is desired
• Familiarity with special education principles and experience working with individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to tutor or provide additional support for children needing extra help in learning activities
• Passion for teaching, nurturing, and supporting young children's growth and development
• Ability to adapt quickly to different needs within a dynamic classroom environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,736.52 per year
