Academics is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and well-established private nursery in Kensington & Chelsea, currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and dedicated Nursery Manager to join their exceptional team from September 2026.

The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of the nursery, maintaining exceptional standards of care and education, supporting staff development, and building strong relationships with families and the wider community.
Role Details:
• Full-time, Permanent Position
• September 2026 Start
• Location: Kensington & Chelsea, London
• Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Hours: 42 hours per week
• All-year-round nursery

The Successful Nursery Manager Will:
• Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years/Childcare
• Have previous experience in a Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within Early Years
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards of care and education
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
• Be organised, proactive, passionate, and committed to early childhood development
