Nursery Teaching Assistant Flexible Summer Holiday Work Nursery Settings Across Medway Are you an enthusiastic and caring Nursery Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work during the summer holidays? We are seeking reliable and adaptable Nursery Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming nursery settings across Medway throughout the summer break. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced childcare professionals looking for flexible, rewarding work with the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of nursery environments. The Role You will provide high-quality support within nursery settings, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive. Assignments may vary from day to day, covering both planned staff absences and last-minute sickness, so flexibility and reliability are essential. We Are Looking For Candidates Who: • Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. • Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification • Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. • Are flexible and available to work on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice. • Are confident working as part of different teams and can adapt quickly to new environments. • Have excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
