The Role You will provide high-quality support within nursery settings, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and thrive. Assignments may vary from day to day, covering both planned staff absences and last-minute sickness, so flexibility and reliability are essential. We Are Looking For Candidates Who: • Have previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting. • Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification • Have a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. • Are flexible and available to work on an ad hoc basis, often at short notice. • Are confident working as part of different teams and can adapt quickly to new environments. • Have excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude. • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
