Reception Class Nursery Nurse - Level 3 Hayes, Hillingdon Full-Time | September 2026 | Long-Term A large and well-established four-form entry primary school in Hayes is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to support within a Reception class. The role is available to start September 2026, depending on the candidate's availability. The Role As a Reception Nursery Nurse, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' development across all areas of the EYFS framework. Your responsibilities will include: • Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities • Assisting with phonics, early literacy, and early maths development • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and communication skills • Working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning • Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment • Supporting the teacher with observations and progress tracking • Assisting with classroom routines, transitions, and outdoor learning The role requires someone who is nurturing, proactive, and confident supporting young children as they begin their school journey.
