Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) Wanted - Join Our Early Years Supply Team in Huddersfield! Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work within early years settings? About the RoleAs a Nursery Practitioner, you will: * Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years * Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework * Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can learn through play * Assist with daily routines including meal times, personal care, and sleep routines * Encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and language development * Build positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents/carers * Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times * Adapt confidently to different nursery environments and teams Requirements* Essential: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent * Minimum 1 year's experience working within a nursery or early years setting * Good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development * A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and wellbeing * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one * Flexible, reliable, and professional approach to work What We Offer* Competitive hourly pay of £12.71 - £13.68, depending on experience and responsibilities * Weekly PAYE pay with separate holiday pay accrual * Flexible work to suit your availability and commitments * Easy availability management through the Stafflex Hub app * Access to training, resources, and ongoing support * Dedicated consultant support from experienced education recruiters * Opportunities to gain experience across a variety of nursery settings * Potential for long-term and permanent opportunities Ready to Apply?If you're a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible and rewarding work in Early Years education, we'd love to hear from you.
