Nursery - Qualified Nursery Practitioner

CACHE Level 3 Practitioner • Annual Salary: £15 - £18 per hour, dependent on experience • Location: Romford • Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a dedicated CACHE Level 3 Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a significant impact in a supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role: • Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development. • Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records. • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing environment for children. • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their children's development and daily activities. • Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Must hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in early childhood education. • Experience in an early years setting is preferred. • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
