The Role As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained. What We're Looking For NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification) Experience working within an Early Years setting Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What's on Offer?
