Job description

This is a Term-Time role, working Mon - Friday from 9am - 3pm. Are you an inspiring early years professional with a passion for creating magical learning experiences? Mindfulness and children's yoga to support emotional wellbeing. Weekly Forest School adventures, encouraging exploration and resilience. Music and Movement sessions that inspire creativity, confidence, and fun. The nursery is looking to recruit Nursery Room Leader to help shape our inspiring learning environment and lead a dedicated team. About the Role As Room Leader, you will: Lead, inspire and support your room team to deliver outstanding childcare and education. Create a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. Plan engaging activities that reflect children's interests and support their individual development. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues. Champion our ethos of mindfulness, wellbeing, outdoor learning and child-led discovery. Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care. Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework while embracing our unique Little Lumos approach. We're Looking For Someone Who: Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above). Has previous experience leading a nursery room or is ready to step into a leadership role. Is passionate about delivering exceptional early years education. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Leads with kindness, positivity and professionalism. Shares our belief that children learn best through play, exploration and meaningful experiences. Is enthusiastic about wellbeing, outdoor learning and creating magical moments every day. ?
