This role gives you the autonomy to shape our occupational health service and work proactively to deliver the best outcomes for all staff. Responsibilities • Provide expert occupational health advice and support across the organisation • Deliver best-practice occupational health services, including assessments, support for absence management, and health surveillance as required • Advise on health protection, health improvement, and policy development related to workplace health • Champion employee wellbeing by identifying and implementing proactive interventions • Work collaboratively with managers and staff to ensure a safe and healthy working environment Skills and Experience • Occupational Health qualification is essential • Professional experience as an Occupational Health Nurse • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin • Ability to work independently and manage occupational health provision from end to end • Confident communicator, able to deliver advice clearly and effectively • Strong initiative, organisational skills and attention to detail Benefits • Biannual retention bonus • Fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive and autonomous environment Location and Package • Based in Durham • Salary: £49,377.99 – £50,783.00 per year • Both permanent and contract (temporary) options are available • Start date: ASAP *Greys is a leading Specialist Occupational Health Recruitment Company who work with many leading organisations within the UK.
