Occupational Therapist - Integrated Stroke Service

Provide holistic assessment and evidence-based rehabilitation to stroke patients to enable them to achieve their best potential. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the OT practice provided by the service. To act as a source of expertise on stroke patients management. To maintain accurate comprehensive and contemporaneous documentation/patient records in line with legal requirements and Trust guidelines including personally generated clinical assessments/treatment requiring computer skills.
