Job description

Job Title: Office Support Administrator Reports to: Office Manager Depot: LWC Doncaster (DN4 8WA) Temporary: This is a temporary role which is expected to end on or before 4th January 2027. Main Duties Office support will be responsible for general administration and support duties to the team within the office. They will take customer orders and input them onto our trinity system, and have responsibility for recording and correctly cashing up all cash, cheques and PDQ’s that arrive into the Depot. They will be responsible for helping with daily office jobs including the post, daily administration work and receiving and processing orders. Key Skills • To keep track of run sheets and to collect and record delivery notes from the drivers. • Cash Postings - to check and record all incoming deliveries. • To record the account details, the amount of the delivery and the method of payment onto an excel spreadsheet. • Responsible for all cash, cheques and PDQ’s which have arrived back from any deliveries as well as those which have been received by Account Managers. • Accountable for the till and the office safe. Ensuring all payments are located into the correct place and that no one who is not able to access them can. • Ensure that the payments received and the Cash postings spreadsheet balance at the end of every working day. • Responsible for making sure that at the end of every working day all money, cheques and PDQ’s must are cashed up and stored in the safety deposit box/ office safe. • Order taking for telesales and on a regular basis assisting in answering telephones and taking messages. • Responsible for certain administration duties within the office; confirmation, sorting the post, filing, processing orders etc.; Knowledge and Experience: • Experience working with credit control, with taking payments, setting up account forms, credit limit requests and raising credit notes • Excellent customer service skills • Use of Microsoft excel for spreadsheets and records • Good teamwork skills • Good communication and relationship building skills LWC Drinks Ltd provides licensed establishments with all their bar and sundry supplies.
